March 2011 Luncheon Speaker - Chief Judge Victor Tobin PDF Print E-mail

With humor and familiarity, the members in attendance at March's noon luncheon were updated by Chief Judge Tobin's informative State of the Circuit address. Included were anecdotes from the past year, dealing with budgets, building plans, staffing, and communications concerning all of the foregoing, a never-ending array of challenges. We have enjoyed his talks during his administration; and now the mantel passes to Judge Peter Weinstein, to keep it all going. Watch for the tradition to continue in hearing from the incoming Chief Judge, about this time next year, after bearing the weight of the responsibilities. Thank you, Chief Judge Tobin!
